Contractor – Network Provisioner 1

·   Processed ASR requests to establish new trunk orders, augment, groom and disconnect customer trunk groups for the IXC team that supported AT&T LD and MCI LD trunk groups for all the north east markets.  Provisioned DS1 – DS3 Circuits that have been ordered and followed through on all orders until circuits have been installed. 

·   Completed circuit designs, FOC, DLR, vendor order work steps and followed up as necessary to meet desired due dates. Issued TNS route sets for point codes not established, and processed various meet point orders.

·   Processed IXC orders and FGD, FGDH, OSAT, 8YY, NET-FGD, NET-DEOT, NET-ICA, NET-MPB trunks.

·   Maintained accurate records in company databases, spreadsheets and stored all documents on the company internal network shared drives.  Attended bi-weekly ATT & LEVEL 3 phone conference calls to review status on open orders or to address issues and or to escalate if needed.
